Conley Racing is more than a race team — it’s a family-built foundation rooted in faith, hard work, determination, and a passion for dirt track racing.

Based in Ohio, Conley Racing is a youth micro sprint team led by brothers Riley and Dylan Conley, who compete in 600cc micro sprint & junior sprint racing. What started as a love for racing at a young age quickly turned into a family-driven journey of learning, growth, and dedication both on and off the track.

Riley began racing at just five years old in go-karts, steadily progressing through junior divisions, moving into junior sprints and now into competitive micro sprint racing. Along the way, he has developed not only as a driver, but as a young ambassador for the sport — representing sponsors, connecting with fans, and inspiring other young racers. Dylan follows closely alongside currently racing in the junior sprint division, building his own path while learning the same lessons of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance.

At Conley Racing, success is measured by more than just winning. The team believes in building strong character, mechanical knowledge, and real-world skills. The boys spend countless hours in the shop learning how their race cars work — turning wrenches, making adjustments, and understanding the importance of preparation and safety.

Behind the scenes, the entire family plays a role. Late nights in the shop, early mornings, long travel days, and endless preparation are part of the routine. It’s a commitment fueled by passion and supported by an incredible community of partners, sponsors, and fans who have become part of the Conley Racing family.
